“ First time here and everything was outstanding including our waitress, Suzie. Recommend making an early reservation. By 5:30 the restaurant was packed and people were being seated outside. The Parmesan crusted grouper was delicious as well as the blackened red snapper. Excellent sides especially the au gratin potatoes and mashed cauliflower. Lemon drop martini and regular dry martini were great and filled the glass to rim! Definitely see why this restaurant has such great reviews. ”

“ This is a great local spot. It's in an unassuming location where you can tell it's a local hang out. The interior is so funky I loved it. The key thing for this place is their happy hour. From 3-6 you can sit at the bar and have a small bar bites menu. So much good stuff. We didn't make it in time to get a spot, but next time I will be there right at 3 pm to get a spot. We had the calamari and the mussels and they were delicious. The mussels were my favorite. I would definitely eat them again. ”

For those in the know, the Seniors from a nearby development start lining up outside the door by 2:30 (the place opens at 3:00) I've actually met someone who was at a Happy Hour at Hogfish which is in their development, just to rush down to stand in line for the Mr Big Fish HH The crowd during my visit was mostly 70+ years old / older who seemed to be a bit over-demanding, but Teri handled EVERYTHING amazingly!!! DEFINITELY a seasoned bartender! She remains my favorite The ambiance is "old Naples" aka the way things use to be before the influx .... I have never had a bad experience here, when when they were open for lunch. I actually miss having lunch here As expected, prices have increased (less than most others) over the years, but the quality has remained the tried and true phenomenal quality! ”

“ This is a casual seafood restaurant. Large bar with tv sets to watch the football game is a plus. The waiting staff is top notch. Our waiter explained the menu thoroughly. We started out with the large stone crab appetizer. It was super fresh and the mustard sauce was delicious. The bread service was also warm crusty bread with really yummy butter. They kept it coming which was nice. Next we had the snapper sautéed with a delicious butter on the side. The potatoes au gratin side dish is a must try. The meal also comes with a house or Caesar salad. Which is nice since most places don't offer anything free these days. Prices are very fair for the service and quality of the food. I will definitely be back. Don't miss out on this place! This place is very clean. ”
